Shipment-ready presentation

Underwear packaging planned for retail, e-commerce and export handling

Packaging must protect the product, communicate the approved brand information and move efficiently through the buyer's sales channel. An e-commerce polybag, a retail paper box and a multipack sleeve create different artwork, barcode, folding and carton requirements. Defining the channel early prevents a finished garment from waiting for unresolved packaging.

Common packaging formats

Options can include a clear or printed polybag, paper box, belly band, hangtag, insert card, size sticker, barcode label and multipack. Export packing may require inner packs, carton assortment, carton marks and protective handling. Material thickness, dimensions and closure method should match the garment and distribution route.

Buyers supply or approve all legal, fiber, care, origin, recycling and barcode content for the destination market. We check placement and production feasibility against the approved dieline or component sample.

MOQ and print setup

Custom boxes, printed film, sleeves and hangtags may each have a supplier MOQ. Many SKUs, languages or artwork variants split the quantity. A blank stock component with an approved label can be practical for early programs, subject to the buyer's presentation and compliance needs.

Artwork control

Use a version-controlled artwork file with dimensions, colors, barcode data and finish notes. Approve a physical or accurate production proof before mass printing. Garment changes can affect box size or fold, so packaging should not be finalized without the target sample.

Carton planning

Confirm units per pack, packs per carton, size and color assortment, carton dimensions, gross and net weight requirements and shipping marks. Carton planning affects warehouse handling and freight estimates, not only the final packing operation.

Packaging quality checkpoints

Inspection verifies component size, material, print position, color, barcode readability where specified, folding, product count, size sticker, assortment, sealing and carton mark. A retained approved sample helps distinguish an actual defect from an undocumented preference introduced after printing.

Buyer questions

Can packaging be developed at the same time as the garment?

Concept and sizing can begin in parallel, but final packaging dimensions and folding should be confirmed against the approved garment sample.

Can you support multipack underwear?

Yes. Define the unit count, color and size assortment, sleeve or box, barcode structure and carton arrangement before quotation.

Who confirms packaging compliance?

The buyer is responsible for destination-market content and claims. We manufacture from the approved artwork and can flag obvious production or placement concerns.
