Quality control

Underwear Factory Quality Control for Export Orders

A reliable underwear factory needs stable quality control from material arrival to finished cartons. We use in-line and final checks to reduce risks before goods leave the factory.

Production Inspection

Fabric, cutting, sewing workmanship, measurements, waistband attachment and trimming are checked during production.

Final Packing Review

Finished underwear is reviewed for appearance, size, label, barcode, polybag, carton mark and shipment readiness.

Production evidence

Underwear factory quality control for export orders

A reliable underwear supplier should make the production and approval points visible before a buyer commits to bulk quantity. Pashiongarment supports a documented path from material review and cutting to sewing, measurement checks, packing and shipment preparation. The exact control plan is agreed around the product specification, sales market and inspection requirements rather than treated as a generic promise.

Material and cutting review

Before cutting, the approved fabric direction, color, hand feel, width, stretch and recovery should be compared with the production material. The team can review shade, visible defects, roll information and the pattern marker before panels are released. For custom waistbands, the approved width, artwork, color and stretch direction should remain available as the reference.

In-line workmanship checks

During sewing and assembly, checks focus on seam appearance, skipped stitches, thread tension, panel alignment, pouch symmetry, waistband attachment, leg opening and construction details defined in the brief. Early correction is more useful than waiting until finished goods are packed, especially when a workmanship issue could repeat across a production batch.

Measurement and final review

Finished garments should be checked against the approved measurement chart after appropriate relaxation. Review points may include rise, inseam, waist, leg opening, pouch position, waistband width, labels, appearance and packing. If an AQL or third-party inspection standard is required, the buyer should confirm the method, sampling level and acceptance criteria before bulk production.

What buyers should approve

A useful quality baseline includes the sealed sample, measurement chart, fabric and color reference, waistband, logo and label artwork, packaging specification, size assortment, carton marks and any agreed inspection checklist. Keep the approved version identifiable so comments from sampling, production and final inspection refer to the same product.

For a practical checklist, review underwear quality control guidance and the sample development process. For quotation, send the target product, quantity, size range, market and required quality documents through the project inquiry form.

Documents and communication

Qualified buyers may request relevant audit or certification documents for review, subject to validity, confidentiality and the actual documents available for the supplier. We do not replace a buyer's own supplier due diligence. Clear written approvals, sample comments and shipment requirements help keep product, quality and commercial teams aligned.

Buyer questions

What quality points should be checked on underwear?

Typical checks include fabric shade and defects, measurement tolerance, seam workmanship, pouch symmetry, waistband width and recovery, labels, appearance after relaxation and packing accuracy. The final checklist should match the approved product specification.

Can buyers request an inspection standard such as AQL?

Yes, if the inspection method, sampling level, defect definitions and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. AQL should be treated as part of the buyer's quality plan, not assumed without written confirmation.

Can certification or audit documents be reviewed?

Relevant current documents may be shared with qualified buyers during supplier review when available and appropriate. Buyers should verify document scope, validity, issuing organization and the actual production relationship before relying on them.
