Brand system
Private label underwear built as one coordinated product system
A credible private label program aligns the garment, waistband, internal labels, packaging and shipment information. It is intended for brands and importers that own their positioning and sales channel but need manufacturing support to turn a concept into repeatable specifications. The first step is to separate essential launch decisions from optional decoration that can be added later.

What can be customized
Product options include fabric composition and weight, color, pattern, rise, leg length, pouch construction and seam type. Brand options can include a jacquard or printed waistband, heat-transfer size information, woven label, hangtag, polybag, paper box, belly band, multipack and carton marking. Every component needs an approved size, color, position and artwork file.
For a first program, buyers often get a cleaner result by focusing on one core fit, a controlled color range and packaging that suits the sales channel. Additional fits and color stories can be developed after the base specification is stable.
Suitable buyers
We support DTC underwear brands, importers, wholesalers, sports lifestyle businesses and established retailers developing a private label range. A tech pack is helpful, but a clear reference sample, target customer, size range and price position can also start the review.
MOQ and cost structure
MOQ is not determined by the logo alone. Fabric knitting or dyeing, colors, sizes, custom elastic, printed trims and packaging quantities all contribute. Consolidating fabric or waistband across styles may improve purchasing efficiency, while many low-volume variants usually increase waste and setup work.
Approval control
Keep a single approval record for artwork version, color reference, label content, placement and packaging. This reduces the risk of the garment being approved while a hangtag or box remains outdated. Buyer-supplied legal, fiber and care information must be checked for the destination market.
From concept to shipment-ready private label
The working sequence is product brief, material and construction review, artwork feasibility, sample quotation, prototype, fit revision, packaging prototype, pre-production approval and bulk inspection. We check logo position, waistband join, label comfort, print clarity, packaging match and carton assortment against approved references. Final claims and compliance text remain subject to buyer confirmation for the selling market.
Buyer questions
Do I need finished artwork before requesting a sample?
No. Product development can begin with provisional placement and size information. Production artwork should be supplied in an appropriate vector or high-resolution format before branded components are ordered.
Can one private label program include several product types?
Yes. Briefs, boxer briefs, trunks and performance styles can share a coherent brand system, but each fit, material and construction must be sampled and approved independently.
Who is responsible for label and packaging compliance?
The buyer should confirm required fiber, care, origin, language, barcode and market-specific information. We can review production feasibility and place approved content on the specified component.
